Maintenance Week May 26 - June 1

Hello Runners!

We are exactly four weeks away from the start of our summer/fall training session on Saturday June 21! In other words, enjoy the next few weeks of relaxed running because things will be getting serious soon! Kidding! Kind of...

Some of you have mentioned that you want to get a PR, either distance or time, this fall in the Prairie Fire or other race. When we start training on June 21, we will have a basic 5K, 10K, half, and full marathon guide... but if you want/need something more, please let Coach Tony or myself know. You can and will achieve your goals, but it will take extra effort.

  • Wednesday June 6: Global Running Day from Fartlek's
  • Friday June 20: End of Session Party
  • Saturday June 21: Summer/Fall Training Session Begins
  • Saturday July 12: Potluck Breakfast
  • Saturday August 2: Scheels' Hosted Run

These are just a few of the 'save the dates' coming up... we will be adding more as our sponsors find and secure dates to host runs. Again... we are so excited for the future of our running family! Spread the word as we want TJ's Running to be the place where runners of all ages and abilities feel welcome!

Don't forget to RSVP to the party, register for the 2025-2026 running session, and attend as many maintenance session runs as you can!
