Announcements

Thank you to Scheels for inviting us to their special 5K today. We had a really good time at our tent and got to meet several wonderful runners. Special thanks to Yuri for informing everyone about TJ's and the Tiger Trot 5K at Tanganyika. If you know of anyone who may be interested in coming, let's get them registered. If you want a shirt, you need to be registered by midnight March 25.

Half & Full: With your higher mileage for the next few weeks you will be starting Saturday runs at 6:00 AM. We want to try to beat some of the heat.
