March 31 - April 6

Hello Runners!

Ask and you shall receive! Moving forward we will send out a weekly email, with training locations, mileage, and routes, and we will also post the information to our website. The week ahead will be unique, so I am going to keep this short... but I do want to say THANK YOU for your thoughts, prayers, hugs, texts, flowers, etc. Y'all made a few very difficult weeks way more bearable. And that is exactly why we call ourselves a family!

This Thursday, Run Wichita is having another panel discussion on running gear. It will be located at Youth Horizons, 125 S. Washington. Doors open at 5:30 pm, the group run begins at 6, and the panel discussion starts at 7 pm. Even though TJ's Running is not a part of the panel, you are encouraged to attend if you have any questions, or want to learn more about running gear. We will have our normal pub run, at Walk-On's if you are not interested in the panel discussion.

On Saturday, our friends at Wichita's Littlest Heroes are hosting a 5K at Sedgwick County Park. We will meet at our normal time for anyone not participating, but please feel free to do the group run, the 5K, or both! The start time is not until 11:30 a.m. so you could also run as normal, and then join the fun:

And last, but not least, our friends (and sponsor) at Natural Wellness Physiotherapy are 'running' some BIG discounts on their services! To learn more about #RunStrong - spring race prep, check out:
