Announcements

  • 🌑️

It looks like it's going to be a week of July-like weather with temperatures projected to be in the 90s.

  • πŸ’§

Keep hydrating every day. We will bring water to all track workouts as well as any long run we have over 5 miles. Make sure you bring your own hydrating devices — use whatever device you plan to use at your races.

  • πŸ§ͺ

Now is a good time for trying anything new that you want to try, i.e. shoes (or other clothing), hydration, and nutrition. Experiment now, not the week before your race.

  • πŸŽ‚

Happy Birthday to Tina Hoang (July 1) and Tim Porter (July 5)!!!

Coach's Tip: The goal isn't to sprint these laps. Think of them as practicing your future 5K pace. Running each lap consistently teaches your body how to hold a steady effort, making race day feel much more manageable. Consistency beats speed every time.
