Mother nature is going to keep us pretty warm and dry for the next week. Knowing this will sound like a broken record, but… HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!!!

You should also be working on your different nutrition choices and learning which works best for you. Our Saturday runs are a lot slower than you will be running on race day — that's by design. Slower (less effort/pace) but more time on your feet. You will need to bring nutrition with you for these runs to make sure you don't "bonk." Research and practice now so you'll be ready on race day.
Training Tips & Reminders
Stay hydrated before, during, and after your runs — it's going to stay warm and dry
Bring nutrition on your Saturday long runs so you don't "bonk" — practice now for race day
Slower but more time on your feet builds the endurance you'll need
